The investor requested to design a mix use complex with hotels, mall, residential building in the DEAD SEA valley closer to the dead sea itself. The buildings are multi purpose and have shops on the ground floor, a square with arena facilities to enjoy a coffee or watching some shows. The balconies on the facade will let the residents enjoy the calm water of the sea and enjoy the closest religious and ancient places mentioned in the Bible.
