The investor requested to design a tower having 3 car parking storey and 9 floors for offices only in one of the new and nice area in Bahrain. The buildings has also some coffee shops and restaurant in the mezzanine. They are allowed to use the rooftop of the car parking as terrace to enjoy a breakfast and lunch during the good season or any time the weather is nice.
