The investor requested to design a complex in the middle of the forest facing the beautiful sea of Palawan island in Philippines. The buildings are multi purpose and have shops on the ground floor, a square with arena facilities to enjoy a coffee or watching some shows. The balconies on the facade will let the residents enjoy the sunrise and sunset in unity with the surrounded nature.
